Ensuring at least 40 billable hours per week across projects.
Successful analysis leads to,

Identification of use cases, blockers and optimal code design.

Collaboration with Technical Leads/Managers to finalize ETAs.

Developing high-quality, scalable code adhering to Salesforce standards.

Writing comprehensive tests and fixing bugs from QA/UAT.
Following DevOps processes includes,

Using recommended IDEs and ensuring daily code check-ins.

Communicating proactively with project teams and sharing daily plans.

Focusing on learning and development, setting goals and enhancing skills in usability-focused development.

Mentoring peers and sharing knowledge within the team.
Qualification
Required - At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce development.
Required - A minimum of 18 to 24 months of experience in Vlocity development.
Required - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science (BE/BCA/MCA).
Required - Experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Dataraptors, Vlocity cards and Vlocity integration procedures.
Required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
